I am well versed with CSI masterformat, NRM and SMM7 takeoff standards which I adhere to when preparing my takeoffs and bills of quantities. I am well versed with various on screen takeoff softwares like Planswift and Bluebeam Revu which I use to accurately organize and prepare my takeoff and bills of quantities. The advantage of this software is that they make it easy to refer to and defend ones quantities whenever required by the project stakeholders. I am also well versed with MS Excel on an expert level where I can use micros and vba to prepare and outline my data which to hasten handling of repetitive actions and processes. I am also experienced in project scheduling where I use MS project and/or Primavera P6 to create a project timeline, track and monitor the project, calculate project performance and variances whenever required.
