Programmer took on more than she could do. She did try, although programmers should only bid on and accept work that they can do. She did upgrade the forum and was paid for part of the work.

I have had many problems with programmers before, but this is absolutely the best programmer I have ever worked with. She was very helpful with all of my requests and did a perfect job. I couldent believe how fast the work was done too. A must hire programmer if you ever need any work done. Thank you so much for making my project this easy for me.
