By spending nearly five years in Britain I was lucky (and competent) enough to experience many environments such as: -Hospitality (Mercure hotels) -Retail (JD sport) -Banking (HSBC office) -Client Support (Playstation Network) Couldn't help to notice how, in any of the enironments listed above, the key skill has always been orinted to the communications side. Therefore I was, most of the time, the chosen one for handovers,meetings, welcomings, bad news reports and so on. Recently suscribed to University in "Pubblic Communications and Media Professions", discovering a natural talent on the subject (currently record holder on mole of exams and score achieved on first semester).
