I developed this web-based dashboard for a university using R. It brings in data from their application system, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, and then displays the relevant charts and tables. It also uses predictive modeling to forecast the estimated number of started and submitted applications for specific programs.

I developed this utility using R to automate the early stages of market research for universities. It allows the user to select educational degree or job categories, and then displays statistics and charts that allow the user to judge the size of the market.

Additionally, the tool is web-accessible and allows for export of all tables and charts.

-Conducts economic and policy analysis to evaluate UC Berkeley's current online programs and new degree proposals. Areas of study are diverse and include public health, health policy & law, business, engineering, and others. - Designed and executed more than fifteen surveys of a combined 5,500 potential students to determine the impact of program features on student demand, optimal pricing, what types of students are most likely to apply, and to conduct market simulations. - Research results have been used to justify more than $8 million of university investment into four new degree programs, and to significantly redevelop three existing programs. - Employed a mix of quantitative methods such as survival analysis to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of university marketing efforts.
