I was a consultant for condo-hotels, traditional-hotels and vacation rentals. I modified the Uniform System of Accounts (traditional hotel financial format) to embrace condominium hotels and there metrics. I was an expert witness for the Hardrock Hotel, San Diego, CA in a case that assessed the fairness of financial distributions to unit owners of this condo hotel.
