My specializations are the following: · Floor planning · Create Architectural 3D models and 3D renders The software applications I use are AutoCAD, SketchUP-vray and Adobe Photoshop. My standard design process is for the client to send sample reference designs with their preference descriptions. Descriptions of their reference designs will give me an insight/concept of what kind of designs the client envisions. Revisions usually take 3-5 times for the final satisfaction of the Client. I have already worked on a variety of modern houses, restaurants and other building requirements. I have worked with a number of different Clients as well as with different colleagues. I uphold excellent work quality to the best interest of my Client at all times.
