I have a gift of seeing your needs and transcribing them into solid 3D CAD models and then into physical parts and/or assemblies. Using new 3D printing technologies and rapid prototyping techniques, we can get your new product, or upgraded product through the primary stages of design and test and to the market in the fastest time, and best methods with lower production costs. An advantage I bring to your team is my network of resources. I can advise as to the proper resource for each facet of your product. From local machining, fabricating, tooling to overseas large volume production. I have traveled to foreign countries on behalf of clients to assure factory abilities and to sign off on first article part runs. I am a full turn-key provider. I can take your hand drawn sketch from beginning to end. Including CAD renderings, photo realistic imaging, simulations, DFM, tooling design, ANSI shop drawings, BOM, prototyping, - the works. I work from my office which is fully complemented with several computers, a local server as well as cloud storage. I have two good quality 3D printers using the SLA and FDM process. I am familiar with all office software and enjoy online video conferencing. I own my licenses for SolidWorks, and am current up to 2019 version.
