I have an [login to view URL] in theoretical physics and a Ph.D. in operations research. I have a strong background in applied mathematics, stochastic modeling, queuing theory, scheduling and optimization. I have 20 years of experience in the application of analytics to diverse domains, including network planning and performance analysis, data traffic analysis and modeling, logistics, pattern recognition in sensor data, patient flow modelling and applied cryptographic research. Recent projects include statistical analysis of dynamic password schemes, performance analysis of network content optimization schemes, patient flow modeling, statistical analysis of clinical health data, machine learning diagnostics for oil and gas well pumps and the creation of an online GIS and logistics modeling tool for a regional bio-economy atlas. I have advanced skills in the R and python , can also work in C/C++, and am comfortable with development on Windows and Linux environments and with the Amazon cloud.
