Subhamaya S.

This was the first project for Subha and I here. I selected Subha based on his skills as a controls engineer against 37 other proposals received over 24 hour period. My scope of work was for medium complexity work, not simple. He has excellent capability to interpret data in different formats. He was very good to ask questions at each decision point. The questions were clear and my answers did not not too much clarification. I have experience with other Indian engineers so language was not a barrier. Work was completed efficiently with focus on quality. Speed was secondary concern for me. Most of the data was new to Subha and he asked meaningful questions. Concern for effectiveness was outstanding. Upon award, he worked extremely long days to meet the original schedule targets. He was afraid I would hold him to the original schedule; however, my scope of work was not exact and additional time was needed. I recommend him for your data entry project.
