Project Manager & Sourcing Lead

Welcome! Thanks for checking my profile! My background includes 10+ years of experience in the field as an HR Consultant, Recruiter, and Team Lead. Over the past 3 years, I have been working on the Project Management and Team Leadership side of things. I've been working as a full-time freelancer for over 6 years. For 5+ years, I was part of Upwork's Enterprise Talent Services Team. My primary responsibilities included team leadership, project management, business planning, process improvement and standardization, and reporting (Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets). I led a fully remote global team. In 2021, I helped double the team's size. One of my main goals was to balance the human side with data-driven decisions, standardization, and custom services for clients. This year, I left my comfort zone to work as a Project Manager. I worked at a Digital Agency as Digital PM, and I'm currently in a PM capacity at a US company leader within the financial industry. I'm always up for a new challenge!
