• Responsibilities: o PDC Monitoring: -Monitors the PDC due in every month -If there is a Bouncing Check, gathering information as to how could this bouncing check be replaced o Providing Collection Report -Checking the series of the invoices if they were cancelled or missing. If missing, commissions will be hold and possible penalty will be implemented. o Card Sales Monitoring -Monitors the card sales by the branches in a day to day basis -Tracing if the Card Sales transfers to the common bank of the company o Posting of entries to the company's Accounting database system o Monthly Costing o Checking of Monthly Commissions of the branches o Answering inquiries from the branches in terms of sales o Providing a Daily Sales Summary to the immediate superior o Adjusting and Monitors the entries made by the branches sales accounting/cashiers o Updating books of Company’s Cash Books.
