My professional experience has included - Leading the implementation of a regional health information exchange that integrates regional outpatient data from over fifty medical practices using EMRs such as NextGen, AllScripts Professional, iPatientCare, GE Centricity, and eClinicalWorks. Leading the implementation of a hospital notification system that sends a secure, HIPAA compliant email (using DirectTrust) to a medical practice whenever a patient is admitted or discharged from a hospital. Leading the implementation and providing support for a data analytics system that provides point of care analytics to outpatient practices and provides HEDIS/clinical quality data to commercial insurance companies. Managing the data extraction for a Medicare Accountable Care Organization. The implementation of a outpatient physical therapy/rehabilitation documentation suite for multiple locations. The implementation and management of a patient throughput system (patient transport, bed cleaning, bed management, and inbound transfers) for a mid-sized hospital (over 300 beds).
