A secretary for almost 7 years and developed drafting skills in MN3K Enterprises year 2016. Granted Certificate of Technical Drafting NCII last May 5, 2016. Since then, I do 2d Design from Architectural, Structural, Electrical-Electronic, Plumbing-Sanitary, and Mechanical Layout Details for residentail and commercial buildings. I also do 3d Designs using Sketch-up and Irender Nxt depending on the client's demands. I have done 15 Residential Buildings, 2 2-Storey 10-Door Apartment Buildings, 2 Warehouse Buildings and a 2-Storey Commercial Building. I also do As-built Plans for VALENCIA POLYMEDIC GENERAL HOSPITAL, Valencia City, Bukidnon and a 2-Storey Commercial Building.
