Level 1: Explore Generative AI Tools Exploring the capabilities of generative AI (short for GenAI) tools such as ChatGPT, Bard and Bing Chat. Level 2: Prototype Application Development and Chatbot Creation Experimenting with prototype application development with ChatGPT API. Creation of conversational Chatbot with NLP (Natural Language Processing), utilizing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), utilizing Machine Learning algorithms for business problem solving such as generating customer insights. Demo available upon request. Level 3: Built a Tiny Language Model Built a proof-of-concept Tiny Language Model for "digital work instructions" based on the training of only 31 articles that I found on the Internet. Response/text generated by the model is interesting more than half of time. Need at least 500 additional quality articles in this specific field to train the model further to potentially reach production quality. Foundation: Familiarity with Key Libraries and Understanding of LLM Architecture Familiarity with or exposure to many LLM, Machine Learning/deep learning and NLP libraries which include but not limited to TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face's Transformers, Keras, Sklearn, Gensim, NLTK, SpaCy, and OpenAI's GPT models such as GPT-2, GPT-3 and GPT-4. Decent grasp of a Large Language Model's 5 layers: Embedding Layer, Encoder, Attention Mechanism, Decoder and Softmax Layer.
