For this project I was looking for someone to take over for my previous coder who had managed working on my $13k+ software so I was extremely carefully when selecting a brand new coder to work with. So why would I settle on Rick to work on such expensive software if he had zero feedback and was a new provider on FL? Simple. Not only does he have significant PHP experience, but his communication is EXCELLENT :) Not only was this project handled by him deftly and precisely, but he went above and beyond by creating some new code, he streamlined and cleaned up the old code, plus he recoded an entire significant block of code that I thought was functional (but wasn't). So will I hire Rick again to work for me? YES, we have already discussed the very next project we'll work on so it's already planned lock, stock, and barrel to have him completely replace by old coder for the long term!
