Leonard was good to work with and very knowledgeable. The only reason for the missing star on the Communication is because we do not speak the same native language which made things a little difficult at times.

AVOID WORKING WITH THIS FREELANCER. Leonard accepted the project and milestones including a 15 day delivery timeframe, received all materials and documentation and 3 days later made up a "fake" broken arm and said he would be unable to even start the project for 2 months. When asked to provide the most basic proof of injury Leonard sent a "fake" photo found on Google of a patient at the University of Southhampton from 2016. I have major concerns that Leonard was even able to compete the project and believe he was trying to outsource the project to another developer instead of completing the project himself. When he couldnt find another developer he made up a "fake" broken arm to stall and buy time. At the end of this process Leonard became "racist" and was asking me if I was "Muslim" because I am acting like one of them. Very untrustworthy and did not even attempt to complete the project. i also believe that Leonard is NOT located in the United States like his profile claims.
