With Josh's guidance we were quickly able to respond to customer needs by delivering a utility for gathering in-depth SQL performance/status details for further analysis for situations where a DBA is unavailable to investigate the state of customer systems. [10 April, 2017] Josh was very informative and with his guidance we were able to develop a simple tool for customers to use to gather in-depth details about the state of their SQL Server for further analysis. He was professional, and delivered exactly what we needed very quickly.
