I am a father of two, had been working in an inbound call center for almost 8 years, held different accounts (Adobe, Time Warner Cable, AT&T, Barclays, Motorola and Sprint). Last job I had was a home based kind of job, lasted for almost a year, I was the manager in our department - The Social Security Advocates, I decide whether to take the case in or not should lead would like to file for disability retirement, prepare necessary documents for them to sign, monitor progress of my colleagues, and give feedback with their performances.
