Fix homepage banner

Definitely one of the better communicators out there. Seems very trustworthy, and i will definitely be using him again for other bigger projects sometime soon. I loved the fact, that he thought more about doing a great job than about how much money he could get for it.... this is a rare thing in this business, so thanks for that!
