I worked for Agile CRM for nearly a year as a customer success manager & for nearly a year I have been providing consulting services on a freelance basis. I have assisted hundreds of users in implementing/maintaining their Agile CRM system & I have spent hundreds of hours working in the system. I understand how to use this system.
