Hi! Im JL. When I'm working on a given task, I don't want just to meet the deadlines. I prefer to finish it ahead of time or to complete the project well ahead of schedule. I've got a lot of skills to show. I'm currently studying civil engineering. Aside from those skills (2D modelling, Floor plan making, 3D modelling/ACAD, estimations for concrete, masonry, rebars, and costing, House Designing and planning), I'm also good in transcription, encoding, and editing. I've been working on a website that deals with transcribing. I'm fluent in English and proficient in Filipino. I am also a 70WPM typist and Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
