After confirming with him that he could complete the project in the amount of time he had bid, I selected him for the project. Days past the deadline for completing the project I have only seen a partially completed build of the CSS and nothing applied to the site. A lack of communication has frustrated me as I was not given answers to simple questions, for example as to when the project would be completed by him. Very upset as it has left me with very few alternate options due to time constraints.
