I have a good grasp of all technical matters. I am strategically aware and have the capacity to think outside of the box, with a proven track record in the assimilation and analysis of complex business data, including multifaceted, multi-disciplinary technological and engineering concepts, detailed business planning, documentation and the preparation of complex financial presentations, and an ability to clearly view the bigger picture and form a longer term strategic view on any given project.
Having worked in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, SE Asia, Australia and New Zealand, I have an international business perspective and the experience to identify and evaluate technological and strategic solutions, with a view to clearly identifying and classifying business opportunities, utilizing both primary and secondary market research where applicable.
I am experienced in preparing business strategies and supplying detailed advice on fundraising, including sourcing investors at all levels, at times from my own databases. I am also able to supply tailor made solutions including start-up consultation, detailed investor presentations and pitch decks using MS Powerpoint, company formation advice and contacts including structured investment vehicles and the use of SPV’s in different geographical zones, contractual agreements, due diligence, detailed planning and preparation of accurate and concise business plans and financial modelling including cash flow and sensitivity analysis in MS Excel including forecasting and inventory analysis where applicable.
