Leading Schools Forward is an educational startup aimed to introduce a new people and value centered model of work in school life. The goal was to create a short explanation of a complex model. In other words, a clear message understandable for a wide range of people - from sponsors to ordinary teachers and parents. Our solution: We consider dynamic whiteboard style as the best way to represent a purpose of the Leading Schools forward. Like in any good explainer video, we featured the problem that LSF sees in the modern education system in the USA and then supported it with the statistics. We should not forget that this video will be used for sponsors, state education chiefs, education friendly corporations, and foundations, so it is not enough merely to tell a nice story. It must be founded on something. Then, we focused on the main idea of LSF. In this case, animation brought the concept to life that no text or live video can. https://youtu.be/1QemR9CODt0
Explanation of a startup idea

The client came to us with their new career and mentorship platform – Punahou Connect. The main goal was to explain the online platform to the alumni and motivate them to sign up. Our solution: Instead of creating a boring tutorial we decided to play with emotions by presenting Punahou Connect, not as something absolutely new, but linking it to its alumni’s sweet student memories. As a result, the video features traditional Hawaiian symbols like aloha-shirt, Hawaiian music, and malasada (sweet fried doughnuts that are very popular in Hawaii). The visual style is in yellow and blue colors (Punahou School brand colors). We believe that emotionally charged, creative video advertising has more chances to be successful. Our solution was: - A short marvelous story told on the behalf of children - the future of our planet. - Like every solid pitch, our video transmits the information most important to an investor: the target audience of the product, the problem, and Mission Save the World’s solution for that problem. - To create the video we used traditional painted character animation and complete it with our original soundtrack.
