Over the last 6 years I've consulted over 100 small and mid-sized businesses and non-profits through the varying challenges of adopting new technologies. I began working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2016, and today I have experience with most of Microsoft’s business applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Bi, PowerApps, Power Flow, SharePoint, Outlook, and many more. I have helped small teams transform from a 3-person marketing team into a sales powerhouse with 5x productivity. I have a vast amount of experience with the application of new software for non-profit operations and case management, Sales and CRM systems for any industry, and IT Cloud Application Management. My Experience: In 2016 I led a Digital Transformation effort for a finance business, transforming their sales and operations with cloud business applications. As that effort was wrapping up I took contracts from other small businesses to help them complete their own digital transformations. While completing over 200 contracts in the following years, our team grew to over 30 consultants and we had built experience helping businesses adapt new software applications in nearly every industry. Types of Project Completed: CRM Implementations: This is what we call when a business wants to implement a new tool to help with their sales and marketing efforts. This software tool can track your customer data, your purchase orders, your marketing campaigns, and even include automation like automatically sending thank you emails after each order or notifying your sales people when it’s time to follow up. Cloud Migration: This is when a business wants to migrate one or more of their existing on-premise servers to a cloud server. This server is typically serving as either a file share or running a business application, so the method of migration will depend on the contents of the server being migrated. Process Optimization: When a business wants to update and improve their old and maybe even slow ways of working with new modern technology, we call this business process optimization. The process begins with an in-depth analysis of your current businesses functions and processes, then the people, and technologies connecting them. We’ll identify any inefficiencies and redesign new processes and build change management strategies to keep your business running at peak performance. Digital Transformation Strategies: Nearly every business has had to face the reality that is the cost of managing their technology, but not many businesses have yet understood how to afford this type of endless pursuit. In fact, Digital Transformations are not even a one-time effort, but when approached with the proper planning and expectations, many businesses can set themselves up for success when approaching digital transformations with an ongoing business technology roadmap.
