he wasted my time explaining to him how the milestone works and he delete it and change it 3 times. he finished the job fast but he had passwords on files and ask for release before giving the passwords. this is freelancer job if he had trusting issues then he's in wrong place. third, i asked for network diagram he did it wrong and nothing like what i asked for. plus he attached a word document has one paragraph explaining the job he did which i didnt ask for and force me to pay 15$ for it cause he had passwords on the rest of the files. and he is not patient. please stay away from him
