Operations Management Consultant

I am an experienced project, task, and operations manager that has worked with global organizations across a wide variety of industries and verticals. Gap analysis is my strength: Semi-structured interviews are used to determine base line processes and organizational goals. Once base line of operations is established, processes are either developed or refined in order to reach those goals. Efficiency, project development, and task management/delegation are some of the key advantages to my approach to any business. I have spent most of my professional years in roles for smaller and start up firms as a true self-starter, responsible for processes and tasks that ranged in function from operational to clerical (such as data entry and database management) to marketing/sales (many tasks I was asked to learn on the fly). As such, I am a well-trained quick study and I am adaptable to virtually any situation. My vast experience in event planning/management, marketing, sales, and networking have further developed my excellent customer service and creative problem solving skills. I am a CRM database expert and manager, as well. More examples of my professional experience include, but are not limited to: - Manage communication with clients such as responding to phone and email inquiries, managing renewal communication and onboarding new clients, processing client applications, and liaising between clients and global executive staff. - Event support, including coordination of planning, securing sponsors and ensuring their satisfaction, managing the registration process from start to finish including name badge production and client lists follow up. - Secure partnerships, sponsorships, and new members in both a marketing and operations capacity. - Global CRM (Salesforce) maintenance and management; generate all data reports as necessary for marketing and client retention. - Website maintenance & updating: manage website content using a web admin user interface and coordinate with web developer to adjust the portions of the website that require coding.
