Having worked within the retail sector for over 7 years, I have gained a great deal of experience in customer service and sales. I have attended a number of customer service workshops and even won awards for my work in this regard. Working as a manager within retail has taught me to work conscientiously, be a good and organised leader and to use my time efficiently and effectively in order to create the best results not only for the company, but success for my team and for myself. I am used to having to think on my feet and outside the box on a daily basis to inspire my team and to drive sales within a difficult economic period. I am a strong believer in that a little creativity and initiative goes a long way and can accomplish great things.
I also have recently completed a 120 hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course and so I am fully qualified to teach English.
I really enjoy writing and have worked as a article writer, reviewer and researcher for a number of years within my spare time but I would now like to dedicate more time to this and I am currently looking for this kind of work.
I love to explore new things and opportunities to broaden the mind. I am very passionate about music, literature and travel.

Work Terms

I am very flexible with my time and am currently working part time (between 10-30 hours a week) I am a very good communicator and whether it is through email, Skype or Instant messenger you can be sure that I will respond quickly and efficiently.
