AVP at Iqor with 13 years Call Center experience

Over the past 16 years in the call center industry, I was able to embrace the Outbound and Inbound environment. My expertise is on Sales/Telemarketing programs where I excelled and had received multiple recognition of excellence. Having said, this has been my stepping stone through my journey as a Sales Supervisor for 6 years. During my term as a supervisor I have also handled Customer Service accounts and coached my agents to deliver excellent customer experience. At present, I am conducting product knowledge training for new hires. I conceptualized and created my own training module using google software in lined with the business service requirements. It has been my fervent intention to impart the knowledge I have gained for almost two decades in the Call Center industry to people from all walks of life even at the comforts of my home.
