Support CNC Machines such as Mazak Integrex' models 100/200 and 300. Nakamura's WT 250 and TW10 along with Vertical mills like Haas VF series and Horizontal milling utilizing Mori Seiki NH5000 series. All have multi axis, and/or 4th axis. I also use Microsoft Office for tooling and gaging sheets to help with tracking set ups.

Fuel Injection Corporation

May 1989 - Present

We assemble complete fuel injection assemblies both new and Rebuild. A majority of these components are made in our CNC Machine shop. Our shop is set up to do soft or pre heat treat machining, then out to heat treat and return to our Highly precise grinding machines holding tolerances to less than one micron on a regular basis. My experience over the years involve support of all of the above and completing Design work on Autodesk products and writing CNC programs with Esprit primarily.
