From daily interactions through chat, email, and phone calls to regularly scheduled catch ups, tailored reports to present to clients and leadership, identifying process gaps, social media interactions (including product reviews), and improving internal processes.
I have experience in working with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Magento/RJ Metrics, G Suite, MS Office, and other internal software. Familiar with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, NETO, WooCommerce, etc. I'm also self-learning to code - JavaScript, Python, and SQL (though I don't think I can charge people for it, yet).
