Project 23284014 has been deleted

Don't work with this freelancer. You will lost your money without any work. I want to give him Zero mark, but unfortunately, there is no zero. I am really unhappy I have to give him one mark. He is more interested in budget than project. I released fund before I got project. He showed me some screenshot with no design. I understood him because it was only demo and believed he would do design later. He asked me to give more budget and if I don't agree with that, he will remove all of the design.
