I.T help Desk

I started off as a Technical w/ Sales and Email Support 3 years ago at Concentrix where I handled 2 different accounts Dish Network and Google.I helped customer in troubleshooting their TV and Cable issues, broadband issues, Gmail issues, sending email to customers containing the trouble shooting and changes done on their device. Now I am currently employed as an IT Help Desk with a bit of Ecommerce at Cognizant. Providing troubleshooting on POS and BOPC of the store,batch scanners and printers,ticket creation and installing hard drive.
