I spent the last several years in the construction project control space where a lot of good data is required to perform the function successfully. Not having the systems available can cripple anyone in their ability to perform their work.
I like a challenge and always find that in my work - every day brings something new.
Work Terms
I work week days, prefer either hourly work arrangements or fixed price if the scope can be clearly defined. Progress payments on milestones or as otherwise agreed.
I prefer to document the key aspects of the job as part of the communication since it can be very hard at times to articulate exactly what the requirements are. I consider this vital to both myself and the client to manage the expectations and the direction of work since decisions made during the early stages may require substantial rework if this is revisited.
