I am a graduated Nutrition student (BSc) who is passionate about improving public health, and offering the latest scientific advice to those looking to improve wellbeing, body composition and/or sports performance. I am also an Associate Registered Nutritionist in the UK (AfN). I have a wide range of knowledge surrounding nutrition and exercise science, and love to discuss various topics whilst offering my own personal and practical advice for readers. My experience ranges from one-to-one nutrition consultations, online nutrition coaching, and recently started writing about the benefits or downfalls of many diets and nutrients. I pride myself on using an evidence-based writing approach, backing up my thoughts and opinions based on the background literature. I also love to include humour on occasion to keep readers engaged.
