I am a PLC Programmer, with 15 years of experience on different types of PLC, mainly Siemens & ABB. I am based on Kolkata, India, but free to move anywhere in the world. I am engaged with the "Industrial Automation" mainly in Steel & Alluminium sector ( Rolling Mill, Bar & Wire rod mill, Steel Melt shop,, EAF, LRF, RMH,FTP. WTP, Caster, Pickling & Galvanizing Line etc). I have also worked with Paper, Poly & Packaging industries ( Paper Mill, Printing M/c, Slitting M/c, Embossing M/c etc.). Also worked with some critical automation application of small Machines, Flying shear application etc. The job involved total electrical design including PCC, MCC, PLC , Drives (Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Baumuller cat drives). Mainly Interested in a. PLC Progamming of Any Machine. b. HMI/SCADA developement c. Consultaion & Feasibilty study of any system upgradation. d. Control system installation & Commissioning.
