I have been a Sales Admin for almost 5 years working onsite and in an office based environment, as a Sales Admin I am responsible with customer service, data entry, compiling Sales report and monitoring machine reservations, preparing machine quotations as per client request, handling CRM, answering phone calls and emails, conducting background check of clients bank accounts, providing clerical and administrative support to sales and staff, updating and keeping track of customer records, organizing files and preparing machine deliveries, and other ad hoc tasks given from time to time. But before becoming a Sales Admin, I was a Market Research Interviewer for 6 months performing survey research at a Market Research Industry known as Survey Sampling International.
