I have fifteen years of Information Technology experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle in both custom and commercial settings. Excellent communication skills enable me to work equally well independently or as a member of the team. With very diversified experience in a wide variety of IT technologies, my focus has been on creating clean testable and easily maintainable software.   My experience with both custom and commercial development projects allow me to apply the best practices to any project and gives me a unique perspective on the challenges of the modern software development. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of practicing multiple methodologies.  These range from traditional waterfall development to fully agile paired programming.  One of the most enjoyable aspects of software development has always been discovering and utilizing new technologies. In addition, I have extensive background in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, which enables me to ensure that all complications are dealt with in an expedient manner.
