Hi, I am Max :) And I love what I do – developing software. But what actually is software development? Is it just typing monkey code in your favorite code editor/IDE from 9 AM to 6 PM? For me it about: continues learning, trying out new technologies, reading books, exchanging experience with other and practice-practice-practice. My goals is to make this world a little bit better by introducing my ideas and to be on the edge of software development stream.
Usually I lead a small diversion group of software developers. Like a ninjas, moving quick and silent, we hit just right in to the hearth of problem and disappearing in a heavy fog of documentation and politic games of project managers. My toolset is wide, ruby, php, ios, and the new love is go (golang from google) I don’t care what technology to use, but it should be used in proper way and place.
I am interested in getting new knowledge and participate in product development / startups / opensource, so if you do have what to propose me, let me know!

Work Terms
I use email and skype for communication.
I follow agile methodologies and scrum, and prefer Pivotaltracker for managing tasks and estimates.
My usual working hours are from 8AM till 6PM. Time zone frequently changes, usually it's UTC+2 (Ukraine) or UTC +7 (South East Asia)
Payment: I prefer to get 20% in advance and other 80% at the end.
