I have recently graduated from the University of Warwick (UK) with a degree in history. Throughout this time I have studied the histories of Europe, North America, and the Middle East, and have also become proficient in the French language (CEFR B2). Aside from my studies in these fields, I have written a dissertation on the global influence of Paris as a city.
Outside of academia, I have a strong political knowledge, having been the Chair of one of the largest political societies at my university. Aside from this, I have a keen interest in football, and am always up-to-date on current affairs.
In the coming months I will be joining a global insurance firm in London as a part of their graduate scheme, where my role will largely concern improving internal processes. In my preparation for this role, I have proven to be proficient at researching, presenting and tailoring ideas to different audiences. The necessities of this upcoming role also mean that I have strong numerical skills.
