Wireless / WiFi Engineering Over 12 years of experience designing wireless networks. Can survey a site, troubleshoot, design new systems, and install them in many cases. I use the best tools on the market to do solid surveys of existing service or to make accurate predictions for future service. Recent examples: ● Providing on-going support for a Wireless Internet Service Provider remotely, helping them improve infrastructure of their backhaul system. ● Designed and installed a 70+ radio point-to-point and multipoint wireless network to support an outdoor event with over 70,000 users and some links exceeding 12 miles. ● Surveyed over 25 hospitals to design new WiFi systems for them. ● Designed and installed a WiFi system to cover a multi-building estate (46 access points). ● Designed and deployed several point-to-point long haul networks (serveral miles apart) in areas where fiber was not feasible. ● Have completed over 300 predictive designs for wireless networks in hospitals, offices, outdoor venues, apartment complexes, warehouses, transportation centers, and manufacturing facilities.
