I was a registered nurse from 1974 to 1996 at Montfort Hospital (gynecology/surgery) and the Ottawa General Hospital in the dialysis unit and the ICU (intensive care unit). I worked also as a volunteer administrative assistant at the Museum of Civilisations in Hull. I am fluent in both the spoken, written, and understood French Canadian and English Canadian language. I am a member of several survey and short tasks sites and an academic writing site. On August 10th, I finished translating from English to French the book from Erica F. Verrillo entitled "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Treatment Guide, 2nd Edition" which is now published on the Kobo, Apple, Tofino, Scribd and Barnes and Nobles publishing sites through Babelcube translation platform. I also have translated three more books from English to French (of which one is a novel) and am presently a fifth and sixth book.
Work Terms
I can work on a part time basis from 10 to 30 hours per week and possibly more depending on the project. I much prefer the written form of communication as I can express myself more freely in the written form.
