Basically from the team of only 3 people we managed to transform LinksManagement from risky start-up to one of the biggest inventories of backlinks for SEO. I increased customer’s life cycle from 2 to 5 months and decreased the pressure on sales team by implementing the CRM and automatic follow up sequence for leads, customers, lost customers, and prospects. Our email marketing campaigns includes more than 40 webforms, 62 follow up sequences and 640 emails. Implemented Zendesk in order to improve customer support and monitor agent’s productivity.
