I have redesigned parts for material cost reductions targeting market share, in-sourced components, launched new products physically in addition to the system work with the item master, BoM's, and routers. Manufacturing process improvements extensively where some projects were as little as a few thousand dollar quick hitters and those range all the way up to $1M Capital Expenditures with $1.5M annualized EBIT improvement. I have expert Excel capabilities such as using PowerBI and creating data models in addition to standard formulas, pivots, etc. I can also download from systems using SQL or DSN's. I have also built analysis for accounting, inventory, efficiency, OEE, quality, tracking, etc.
