This is not a knock on Freelancer, but rather a compliment to Carolyn. This woman clearly exudes her professional knowhow and disposition within the first 10 minutes of communication. Carolyn has no background in my professional field- a field which is about as diverse and challenging to list the technical specifications in a manner which (once you've been in a professional setting long enough) communicates an 'a priori' business savvy when translating the information given to her for the purpose of promoting the most pertinent qualities required for the job (in this case, she rearranged and organized my linkedin profile in a way that I can now proudly go ahead and utilize it as the face of my professional first impression). Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She "held my hand" as she explained the inter-dependence of my LinkedIn profile, a Resume and Cover Letter. She explained how each work together and then crafted my story accordingly. We worked together over a 48 hour period and she made herself available (chat and phone) according to my schedule.
