Project Highlights SAP BO and BODS Admin: MSP Project Offshore Lead Currently leading the MSP project which is involved in the nation's largest electric utilities. Here we manage the SAP BO, BODS/IS and Power BI servers and provide Production Support and Operations. We are responsible for the migration of ETL Jobs provide RCA for intermittent issues and help Design, install, configure, and administer SAP databases. Involved in Production support activities, Monitoring Data migration activities, perform daily, weekly and monthly cleanup activity and also manage Change Request (CRs) Worked on ETL development and troubleshooting in SAP BODS and Resolved ETL issues on priority based on tickets, also worked on performance analysis of the jobs. Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP-related software products Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems Worked as an SME in post-implementation activities to solve technical problems and production issues. Good knowledge on OS commands to troubleshoot the server related issues Improving the load/system performance by following the SAP best practices at the server level SAP BO Admin/Developer: Offshore Lead Worked on Designing and managing administration architecture of SAP Business Objects (SAP BI 3.x/4.x) Responsible for Software Installation for new build / Patching for SAP BO upgrade Server, backup management, Reports and Universe Migrations Also worked extensively on Security Settings on Business Objects CMC Monitoring, Managing and supervising authentication, authorization, Job scheduling, publications, securities, Single sign-on Co-coordinating with other teams like NOC, Ops, Infrastructure, and Apps support etc. Worked on Report Development using Web Rich Client, Crystal Reports and UDT/IDT. Worked on automation of server availability & schedules to reduce manual efforts Maintain Audit & CMS database for Business Objects system statistics analysis Work on Installing and supporting add-on tools ( like Design Studio, Lumira, VBX extension etc.) Work on OS level to troubleshoot the server-related issues.
