I am working as a profile of SR. AR in US HEALTHCARE. this is us based company and we working on behalf of the provider of usa. We generally work on the denial claim which is denied by the medical insurance company of usa like medicare bcbs. we supposed to call them for reimbursement of amount which is charged my our client/provider/doctor for their services.prior to that i was working in international bpo as a profile of customer care executive. i can deal with any type of client .especially with i rated client as we know they can hamper our business.i am looking for good opportunity where i can use my skill for the betterment of my client.
