I'm a problem solver and can generally find the best way to attack even the most difficult projects. I like things done right and don't take shortcuts. Most recently I was employed by a sports apparel company where I was hired to sew names/numbers on ice hockey jerseys and anything else that required sewing. I was there for 8 years. I still work for them on an "on call" basis. I also do sewing and alterations as a home business. I have built up an extensive client database with new and repeat customers. I have a very good reputation in my area and most of my new customers are through "word of mouth". I love what I do and take great pride in my work. I attended Parson's School of Design in NYC for fashion design and designed appliqués and embroidery for many years. Having always been artistic, I also took classes in multimedia design and have worked on many projects for my own clientele.
