The comlex consist of 27 family houses and 6 apartment houses. The purpose of the green areas is to create a specific look of each house and decorative effect in all seasons . Fences are hedges. In front of the apartment houses are situated big tree containers- benches in geometric shapes. geoplastics in some containers diversify the flat terrain. Trees are cuted in the shape of a square to meet the modernist look of the buildings and to bring greater representativeness of those areas.
