Work Terms
RATES - Our basic rates are contingent on the type of support provided & billed by 1/4 hour increments, with 1/2 hour minimum. Travel time is not incurred for local on-site work of more than 3 hours duration. Travel time is incurred for service calls of less than 3 hours duration, as well as for non-local service calls. Phone consultation is also available as needed at the basic rate. Rate schedule is available upon request.
